We hope during this time you and your families are safe and well.

As we continue to come together to navigate through what is still an unprecedented scenario, we understand that health and safety is of the utmost concern for our guests; rest assured that our commitment to your health and well-being remains our number one priority.

In an effort to provide our guests utmost peace of mind, I am very pleased to share that we have established a strategic partnership together with Kings College Hospital, with the aim to provide immediate access to high quality trusted healthcare should it be required.

More than ever, our focus is on delivering intuitive guest experiences and we work tirelessly to go above and beyond the international germ control standards to guarantee a safe stay in any of our hotels.

In addition to our full compliance with the mandates of the government, we partnered with Boecker® early on to ensure that all our sanitation processes were implemented to the highest protocol, elevating our standards as a global service provider and leader through technology and processes.

What has changed

As you arrive to one of our hotels, you will notice a few things that have changed. At all our hotels, we offer our guests self-parking and as you enter the hotel, you have the option to pass through a sanitation tunnel, after which your temperature is automatically checked by thermal cameras placed at the entrance.

All luggage are sanitised before being brought in to the hotel and up to the guest room.

We have further enhanced our room cleaning process and each guest room is deeply sanitised and sealed which can only be broken by the guest upon entering, giving the assurance that no one else has been in the room prior.

In our communal spaces, the following technologies and processes have been implemented:

  • We offer touchless experiences across check-in, checkout and in our restaurants.
  • Sensor-based sanitising stations have been installed across the hotel.
  • State of the art UV disinfection devices on escalators to enhance cleaning in communal touchpoints
  • Fogging guest rooms with ULV SterilOx mist
  • Fogging restaurants with ULV SterilOx mist three times a day

Our Fitness Centres, Pools and Kids Clubs are open and operating in line with the health and safety guidelines issued by the authorities.

Throughout our hotels, we provide information and signage to keep everyone updated on the most current information. These, along with other guidelines in place keep our guests and employees safe and informed.

These primary phases signify a shift in the right direction helping us navigate the socio-economic quandaries brought about by the uncertainties of the current situation. But while we’re at it, I believe that the ethos of our people will continue to thrive and as hard as it might be to look past our current circumstances, seeing this progression, fills me with confidence that we can start looking into the future with a renewed focus and optimism.
